FLH advises coordinators on COCARI CRA issue

Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados advised Stonex, Banco Alfa and Opea in the structuring and issue of Certificates of Agricultural Receivables of the Agricultural and Industrial Cooperative

FLH acted as legal counsel to Stonex, Banco Alfa and Opea in the structuring and issue of Certificates of Agricultural Receivables (CRA) by the latter linked to Rural Product Notes issued by COCARI – Cooperativa Agropecuária e Industrial, one of the most relevant and outstanding Brazilian cooperatives.

The total amount of the issue was R$ 500 million and the operation was distributed in accordance with CVM Instruction 476.

COCARI was assisted by the company’s internal lawyers.
