HLL Advogados assisted GoldKo, a brand of chocolate with no added sugars, from the family Kopenhagen, in all aspects related to the installation of its new plant in Minas Gerais.

The legal advice of the firm included the Tax Law team, under the responsibility of partner Elisângela Oliveira (pictured).

The firm developed the business plan, met with representatives from the State and obtained the approval of the Protocol of Intent and the feasible tax benefits for the coming of Gold to MG.
