Cescon Barrieu Advogados assisted Vibra Energia S.A. in an agreement with Prisma Capital

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Vibra Energia S.A. in the conversion of the properties owned by Vibra in which the gas stations under its flag are located into a real estate investment fund (FII) to be managed by Prisma Capital, with the intention of valuing such properties for future sales and going public.

The transaction, worth $643,616,077.20, was pioneering and innovative, and represents the creation of a real estate investment fund with extremely relevant characteristics in the Brazilian market.

Cescon Barrieu Advogados had partners Ana Paula Alvarez Calil (pictured left) and Eduardo José Herszkowicz (pictured right) and associates Matheus Bittencourt Fernandes and Bernardo Skornicki. Senior associates Vinicius Martins and Rebeca Stefanini were also involved.

BMA advised Prisma Capital during the negotiation of the final agreements.

Gustavo Padilha Advogados advised Prisma Capital throughout the real estate due diligence.
