SiqueiraCastro Advogados has announced Amauri Saad as a new partner in the regulatory practice

SiqueiraCastro Advogados has announced Amauri Saad (pictured) as a new partner in the firm’s regulatory practice. With 20 years of professional experience, Saad will be based in São Paulo and will be part of a group of four partners and 22 associate lawyers dedicated to the practice, which is supervised by the firm’s senior partner, Carlos Roberto Siqueira Castro.  

Saad holds a law degree from PUC-SP, a doctorate and a master’s degree in Administrative Law from PUC-SP, and an LL.M. from the University of Toronto. The new partner is also a visiting professor at the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and has published several books and articles in the area of Regulatory Law.
