Demarest Advogados advised Lupo on the acquisition of a production plant sold by Marisol Vestuário

Demarest Advogados advised Lupo, a centennial leader in the Brazilian underwear market, on the acquisition of a production plant located in the State of Ceará, sold by Marisol Vestuário, owner of several well-known Brazilian children’s clothing brands.

The deal includes the acquisition of the real estate property where the facility is located and the acquisition of Pacatuba Têxtil, a subsidiary of Marisol Vestuário, by Lupo. The value was around R$115million. The closing of the transaction is subject to approval from Brazilian Antitrust Department.
