Stocche Forbes Advogados advised the issuer; Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as counsel for the underwriters on the 11th issuance of debentures by Energisa Paraíba – Distribuidora de Energia S.A., as per CVM Rulling 476 and Law 12.431

This was the debut of Nubank as an underwriter in a DCM transaction.
