Stocche Forbes Advogados hired Andre Bogossian to expand the team focused on infrastructure sectors
Stocche Forbes announced the hiring of Andre Bogossian (pictured) as a new addition to the Regulatory area in the Rio de Janeiro office. Bogossian has strong experience in Administrative and Regulatory Law, with emphasis on bidding and regulation of concessions, public-private partnerships and other contracts in the main infrastructure sectors in Brazil.
Andre has a law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a Masters in State Theory and Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), an LL.M. from Harvard University, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Regulation Law at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro (FGV-RJ).
Andre Bogossian has worked in infrastructure boutiques and serves sectors such as basic sanitation, solid waste, highways, urban mobility, airports, railroads, cargo road transport, and sports equipment.
