TozziniFreire act as deal counsel on issuance of CRA

TozziniFreire Advogados advised Banco Bradesco, True Securitizadora and Oak Holding, as deal counsel on the issuance of public offering with restricted distribution efforts of CRA of the 36th issuance, in a single series, of True Securitizadora, backed by commercial notes issued by Oak Holding.
The offering value was BRL 50 million reais.

The funds raised by the offer were destined to the acquisition of agricultural products (açaí) in natura from small rural producers in the amazon rainforest, located in the State of Pará, Brazil.
