Souto Correa advises AZ Quest on issuance of cotas

Souto Correa advised AZ Quest, as manager, on the public offering of quotas issued by AZ Quest Sole Fundo de Investimento nas Cadeias Produtivas do Agronegócio – Fiagro – Imobiliário, in the amount of BRL 240,372,840.00.

The offering was carried out and registered at the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) under CVM Rule 400. XP Investimentos acted as the lead underwriter.

Souto Correa relied on partner Ingrid Hessling (pictured) and lawyer Júlia Esch.

Mello Torres also participated at this deal, an relied on partners Vitor Arantes; and associates Fernanda Tatto and Ana Clara Lima.
