FLH acts deal counsel in Canal Companhia Securitização’s CRA issue

FLH – Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados acted as deal counsel on the issue of Certificates of Agricultural Receivables (CRA) of Canal Companhia de Securitização.

The R$80 million offering, backed by rural product bills issued by Francisco Ferreira Camacho (controlling partner of LF PEC, one of the largest and most important cattle feedlots in the country), was aimed at qualified investors.

The proceeds of the issue will be used to promote the acquisition and fattening of cattle conducted by the debtor and the group he represents.
