TPC Advogados announces a new partner
TPC Advogados announces Julhiana Miranda Melloh Almeida (pictured) as its new partner.
With over 15 years of experience in the Federal Supreme Court, she was chief of staff and advisor to two Justices and to the President of the Supreme Court, and was also the General Director of the CNJ – National Council of Justice. She will be in charge of the firm’s strategic litigation. She will share her experience and vast legal knowledge with the entire TPC team, including in the conduction of relevant and strategic cases of civil, tax, criminal, and public civil actions, among others. In addition, Julhiana will also be responsible for conducting the appeals before the Superior Courts, from the drafting to the final judgment.
Julhiana Miranda has a post-graduate degree in Public Law and an Executive MBA in Law: Management and Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She has a law degree from Centro Universitário de Brasília – Uniceub. She was Director-General of the National Council of Justice in the 2016/2018 term and is a full and perpetual member of the Brazilian Academy of Law (chair number 27).
