TRSYM and Bruchou assist in new Grupo Albanesi issue

Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani has assisted Generación Mediterránea and Central Térmica Roca in the co-issuance of their Class XXIII Notes and Class XXIV Notes. Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as legal counsel to the arrangers, the placement agents and the settlement agent.

The co-issuance was carried out on 20 July under the Simple Negotiable Obligations Programme (not convertible into shares) for a total nominal value of up to US$1,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of measurement or value).

The Class XXIII Notes were issued at a fixed rate of 9.50% nominal per annum, maturing on 20 January 2026, for a nominal value of US$9,164,613; while the Class XXIV Notes were issued at a fixed rate of 5.00% nominal per annum, maturing on 20 July 2025, for a nominal value of US$15,332,249. The Class XXIII Notes are denominated and payable in US dollars, and the Class XXIV Notes are denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos.

SBS Trading, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Invertironline, Balanz Capital Valores, Nación Bursátil, Bull Market Brokers, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Macro Securities, Facimex Valores, Banco Hipotecario, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Supervielle, GMA Capital, Petrini Valores, Allaria, Becerra Bursátil, Latin Securities, Don Capital, Cocos Capital, Global Valores and Buenos Aires Valores acted as placement agents for both issues. In turn, SBS Capital and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as arrangers, and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones as settlement agent for both classes of Notes.

Fabiana Marcela López León, Claudio Gastón Mayorca and María Mercedes Cabello acted as in-house counsels to Generación Mediterránea and Central Térmica Roca.
