Bronstein Zilberberg is advising Gringo in a Series C round

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Gringo, the Brazilian driver assistance startup, which raised R$150 million to expand its platform and services in a Series C round led by Valor Capital Group. Its current investors also participated in the round: Kaszek, VEF, Piton, ONE VC, ICU Ventures and Actyus.

Bronstein Zilberberg advised Gringo and included partners Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured left), Guilherme Potenza (pictured right) and associates Paula Bobrow, Paloma Batt and Lucas Stampone.
