Stocche Forbes advised Alianza Trust Renda Imobiliária – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, on the acquisition and lease of a property located in São Paulo/SP, in which there is an operation of Pueri Domus school, from the SEB group. This is a structured sale and leaseback operation.
The transaction value was BRL 100 million.
