Azevedo Sette advise Brainvest on the acquisition of Enso
Azevedo Sette Advogados has advised Brainvest on the acquisition of 100% of the equity interest of Enso Gestão de Recursos, a family office focused on Campinas and area market, by means of the acquisition of 100% of the equity interest of its controllers, Silverstone House Participações and Stone Bridge Participações.
