Morimor counsels Rhenus on acquisition of Panamanian subsidiaries of BLU Logistics
Morgan & Morgan Legal has counselled Rhenus, a global logistics provider, in connection with the acquisition of certain Panamanian subsidiaries of BLU Logistics, a leading Latin American transportation and logistics company with presence in Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay and Uruguay, as well as in mainland China and Hong Kong.
The firm acted as Panamanian legal counsel to Hogan Lovells (Germany), lead counsel to Rhenus, in the due diligence process and subsequent negotiation and execution of the Share Purchase Agreement in relation to certain Panamanian subsidiaries subject to the transaction.
