Veirano advises Sodexo on different transactions

Veirano advised Sodexo do Brasil Comercial, sole shareholder of the Pronep Lar Internação Domiciliar, on the acquisition of the remaining equity held by the minority shareholder Josier Marques Vilar, corresponding to 20% of the company’s share capital.

Veirano also advised on the sale, by Sodexo, of 100% of the share capital held by Sodexo in Pronep Lar Internação Domiciliar and its subsidiaries to an affiliate of the Halifax Group.

Veirano Advogados relied on partners Marcos Rocha (pictured left) and Maria Cecilia Vieira (pictured right) and lawyer Frederico Doell in both deals.
