Two law firms advise on Dimensa’s acquisition of Quiver
Pinheiro Neto advised the buyer; Azevedo Sette Advogados advised the seller on the sale of 100% of the equity interest of Quiver to Dimensa, a leader in technology and infrastructure for financial operations, and a company invested by B3 and controlled by Totvs, a Brazilian leader in management software, with operations also in other regions across Latin America.
Founded in 1992, Quiver provides technological solutions to major players in the insurance market in Brazil, including brokers, insurers, banks, among others. Currently, the company holds 36% of the total processing of premiums generated by insurance brokers in Brazil and has more than 7 million policyholders within its solutions and more than 10 million active policies registered in its systems.
