Monteiro Rusu Advogados advised Portoseg and TozziniFreire Advogados advised Santander and Safra on the 6th (sixth) issue, for public distribution, not subject to registration, under the best-efforts placement regime, of financial notes of Portoseg – Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento, totalling BRL 800 million.
