RE&M assists Luz del Sur in acquisition of two wind farms
Rodrigo Elías & Medrano has assisted Luz del Sur in the authorisation by Indecopi for the acquisition of direct and indirect control of the total shares of the wind farms “Tres Hermanas” and “Marcona” of Sigma FI, located in Marcona, Ica.
Both projects have a capacity of 129 MW, 44 wind turbines, and produce more than 700 GWh per year, avoiding the emission of more than 140 thousand tons of CO2 annually.
