Madrona Fialho advises on BT Créditos and Blue Intermedium’s JV
Madrona Fialho advises on Bomtrato-DDM Investimentos e Participações, a company by Prisma Capital, and Blue Intermedium Participações, joint venture by means of a newly incorporated company to act as a vehicle for intermediating credit rights arising from legal demands, with focus on those of a labor and social security nature, which will be sold to credit rights investment funds.
