Ritch Mueller assists AT-AT in restructuring of credit facility
Ritch Mueller has assisted Concesionaria AT-AT, in the restructuring of its senior secured credit facility granted by Banco Santander, Banco Inbursa and Banobras in September 2017, to increase the maximum principal amount available from MXN$5.31 billion to MXN$7.2 billion.
The transaction was completed on 6 February, with Nader Hayaux and Goebel acting as external legal counsel to the lenders.
The funds will be used to continue the development and construction of the Atizapán-Atlacomulco highway, and to obtain a MXN$2.214 billion VAT secured financing to fund the VAT associated with the costs of the highway.
