Cuatrecasas represents Nutroca in acquisition of Avícola Triple A

Cuatrecasas, through its Bogotá office, has represented Nutroca on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Avícola Triple A, a company dedicated to the production and marketing of eggs.

With this transaction, Nutroca confirms its commitment to the development of agribusiness in Colombia.

Avícola Triple A is one of the largest egg producers in Colombia and generates hundreds of direct and indirect jobs in the areas where it operates, fostering the social development of the communities.

Cuatrecasas’ team included partner Felipe Mariño (pictured), associates Álvaro Rueda and Mateo Benjumea, and junior associate Alejandro Manrique.
