Mayer Brown advises Mauser on acquisition of Taenza
Mayer Brown, through its Mexico City team, has advised BWAY Corporation, a part of Mauser Packaging Solutions Group (Mauser), a global provider of rigid packaging products and services, on the full acquisition of Taenza, a Mexico-based manufacturer of tin-plated steel general line, sanitary and aerosol cans and steel pails.
The firm also represented Mauser in the antitrust review process of the transaction and the parties throughout the process of obtaining approval from the Federal Competition Commission to close the transaction.
