Lefosse and Machado Meyer advise on the Ânima Holding issue

Lefosse advised the issuer and Machado Meyer advised the coordinator on the 5th issuance of debentures, non conversible, in a single series, unsecured, for public distribution through the automatic registration rite, pursuant to CVM 160, of Ânima Holding, in the total amount of BRL 200 million.

XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as the lead underwriter of the offering. The proceeds of the offering will be used for ordinary corporate purposes and for the company’s cash injection.
