Mattos Filho advises on Infraestrutura Brasil Holding’s XXV issue
Mattos Filho advised Infraestrutura Brasil Holding XXV on structuring the public offering of simple, non-convertible debentures, in four series, under the automatic distribution registration process, of the 1st issuance of debentures by the company, in the total amount of R$450 million, pursuant to CVM 160.
The net proceeds raised by the Issuer through the debentures will be used for future payment or reimbursement of expenses related to the structuring, implementation, construction, commissioning, and operation, by the Guarantors, directly controlled by the issuer, of electricity generation projects on-site or near the point of consumption, up to 200 MWp Total Project Capacity, in the States of Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Piauí, São Paulo, Goiás, Pernambuco, Bahia, and Ceará. The offering was intermediated by Banco Santander (Brasil) as lead coordinator and Banco Santander (Brasil) as underwriter.
