Marval and PAGBAM advise on new issue of AESA Notes

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has advised Ángel Estrada (AESA), and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen to the underwriters, in the placement and issuance in the local market of the Class 16 Notes for a par value of ARS 4,086,753,854.

The Class 16 Notes were issued on 13 June under the Programme of simple non-convertible negotiable debentures for up to V/N USD 30,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies). The Class 16 Notes, denominated and payable in ARS, have a variable interest rate corresponding to the sum of the Private Badlar Rate plus the cut-off margin of 8 % and mature on 13 June 2025.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as arranger and placement agent; while Cohen, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Balanz Capital Valores, Facimex Valores, Allaria, Banco BBVA Argentina, Invertir en Bolsa, GMA Capital, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización acted as placement agents.
