Marval counsels Centroid on acquisition of Qbit
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has counselled Centroid on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Qbit in Argentina, Chile and Peru, expanding its operations into Latin America.
Centroid is a company dedicated to providing digital transformation and consulting services.
Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Carey and Rodrigo Elías & Medrano acted as advisors to Centroid in the US, Chile and Peru, respectively, while Qbit was advised by Viramonte y Acuña Abogados.
Marval’s team was led by partner Hernán Slemenson (pictured), together with associates Carolina Fiuza, Juan Pablo Máspero and Delfina Estrada.
