Sánchez DeVanny represents Inmobiliario Ateca in sale of industrial complex

Sánchez Devanny has represented Grupo Inmobiliario Ateca and one of its main partners in the sale of an industrial complex in Mexico City.

The transaction was valued at approximately 283 million pesos.

Sánchez DeVanny’s team was led by Diego Gómez-Haro Katznelson (pictured left) and José Miguel Ortiz Otero (pictured right), assisted by Alberto Lezama Gutiérrez and Oscar Durán Ramírez. Abel Mejía Cosenza, assisted by Martha Ruelas Muñoz, Brandon Rodríguez Lugo and Josaphat Juárez Leyva, advised on tax matters; while Alfonso López and Verónica Esquivel acted as litigation counsel.
