Bruchou and TCA assist in new issue of YPF Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised YPF, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the underwriters, in the placement of Class XXX Notes for a nominal value of US$185,000,000, issued by YPF under its Frequent Issuer Programme.
The Class XXX Notes at an issue price of 102% of par value, are denominated in US dollars and payable in Argentine pesos, bear interest at a nominal rate of 1% per annum and mature on 1 July 2026.
In addition, the Class XXX Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.
Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Macro Securities, Max Capital, Banco BBVA Argentina and Banco Comafi acted as underwriters.
YPF is a company dedicated to the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources in Argentina. The company’s shares are listed on local markets and are also listed on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange).
Paola Garbi, Fernando Gomez Zanou, Valeria Moglia, Francisco Gaspari and Marina Quinteiro acted as in-house counsel to YPF.
