L&W counsels on seed funding for Moffin

Latham & Watkins has counselled the lead investor, Accion Venture Lab, on the seed financing for software and data integration company, Moffin in Mexico.

The financing was led by Accion Venture Lab and Chile Ventures. Fondation Botnar, New Ventures Capital, Rally Cap Ventures, Digital Currency Group, Carabela and AngelHub also participated in the round, with the goal of driving the company’s expansion and refining Moffin’s innovative platform across Mexico.

L&W’s team was led by New York partner Eli Curi (pictured), with associates Alex Bernstein and Juan Alonso.
