Trench Rossi advises Scan Global on Blu Logistics acquisition

Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Scan Global Logistics on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Blu Logistics Brasil.

The firm conducted the due diligence processes and drafted and negotiated the transaction documents.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade), scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.

Trench Rossi was joined by partner Anna Mello (pictured left), associates João Brandão and Gabriel Valuche, from the Transacional group. On the competition side, the firm had the support of partner Paulo Casagrande (pictured right) and associates Andrea Cruz, Caroline Franca and Rodrigo Vianna, from the Antitrust and International Trade group.

Danish law firm Bech-Bruun worked in partnership with Trench Rossi Watanabe to provide legal advice to Scan Global Logistics in its home country.
