DCLC

DCLC is born as an innovative player in the legal market

DCLC Advogados is a new law firm formed by partners who have decades of experience in the market and is positioning itself in an innovative way, as the first “transactional powerhouse” in Brazil, with a focus on transactions, consultancy and strategic litigation. The firm emerged from the union between DC Associados and José Andrés Lopes da Costa.

DCLC is made up of Daniel Carneiro, founder of DC and former general counsel at Inbrands; former DC partners Fatima Hasson, formerly of BMA and Castro Barros, and Daniela Stump, previously a partner at Machado Meyer; José Andrés Lopes da Costa, former partner at Chediak Advogados and director of the Bozano Group; Juliana Bussade Monteiro de Barros, former partner and head of tax at Dannemann and ex-Mattos Filho (the partners are pictured from left to right).

The combination of the partners’ experiences creates a unique player in the legal market, with a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, who will work in the areas of M&A, tax, wealth planning, capital markets, CVM, banking, arbitration, crisis management, C-level and board advisory, always permeated with the best ESG practices.
