Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has advised Grupo Hotel La Compañía (HLC) on the acquisition of Hotel Los Mandarinos and La Casa de Lourdes in El Valle de Antón, in the Republic of Panama.
The firm had previously collaborated with HLC on the launch of Hotel La Compañía in Casco Antiguo in 2021.
