PPF Advocacia announces new partners
PPF Advocacia has announced the arrival of three new partners: Leonardo Susart, Marcus Seixas and Matheus Jucá (pictured left to right) to strengthen its Corporate and Contracts practice.
Leonardo Susart specializes in law and consulting in technology and startups, with great expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and contractual consulting. He has a network of specialists throughout Bahia’s innovation ecosystem, as well as an important background in civil law as an author and professor at the Federal University of Bahia.
Marcus Seixas has solid experience in the area of Business Contracts, especially related to the digital and creative economies. In addition, he has relevant experience in corporate matters and M&A operations and expertise in handling claims related to privacy/data protection (governance programs, privacy by design and lawsuits) and intellectual property.
Matheus Jucá has extensive experience in civil litigation and civil/contractual consulting, including credit recovery, real estate, contract enforcement and discussions related to digital platforms.
