BBL has a new partner to strengthen its labor department
BBL Advogados presented Rafaela Sionek (pictured), a corporate labor lawyer with extensive experience in advisory and preventive work for companies, in advisory, auditing and labor compliance programs, as the new partner in the labor area.
She also has an outstanding track record in collective and trade union law. She also specializes in oral arguments and special appeals to higher courts.
Rafaela has a post-graduate degree in Labor Law and Procedure and in Social Security Law from EMATRA/PR. She also teaches Labor Law and Procedure in preparatory courses for public exams and post-graduate courses (UniCuritiba, AJurídica, PUC-PR, CERS, Verbo Jurídico, EMATRA/PR, Faculdade Paranaense de Direito, among other institutions). She is also the founder of Formação Avançada da Advocacia Trabalhista (FAAT), aimed at specializing lawyers who work or wish to work in the labour area.
