PMK advise Kinea on the acquisition of units in the Cristal Tower
PMK Advogados advised Kinea Investimentos on the acquisition by Kinea Renda Imobiliária Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, managed by Kinea Investimentos, of 57% of the Cristal Tower, part of the Rochaverá Corporate Towers building. The units were sold by Lesath Empreendimentos e Participações, which was advised by Lobo de Rizzo Advogados.
