Simpson Thacher counsels on jv of SummitIG and Neutral Networks
Simpson Thacher has counselled SDC Capital Partners and its portfolio company, SummitIG, on the formation of SierraIG, a joint venture with Neutral Networks, subsidiary of Even Group.
SierraIG will focus on building and operating subway dense fiber infrastructure in key data center markets throughout Mexico, starting with the Queretaro and Monterrey markets. The transaction closed on July 26.
SummitIG is a provider of network solutions and bandwidth infrastructure services for carriers, data centers and content providers.
