Demarest assist Hidrovias do Brasil in the private capital increase
Demarest represented Hidrovias do Brasil on the private capital increase of up to R$1.5 billion.
The proposal was approved by y the shareholders meeting held on Oct 1st to enable access to new investments, in an operation in which Ultrapar will exercise pre-emptive rights.
The capital increase will take place through the issue of new privately subscribed shares at a price of R$3.40, according to a material fact published by Hidrovias do Brasil.
