PMV adds Lucía Debesa to the firm
Parga Montes & Vasseur Laborales has announced the incorporation of Lucía Debesa A. (pictured) as of counsel, who joins the firm with the objective of reinforcing the Labour Litigation area.
Lucía is a lawyer, PhD from the Universidad de los Andes, and current lecturer and researcher of Labour Law at the Universidad Finis Terrae, who is also academic director of the postgraduate course ‘Tutela, Acoso y Ley Karin’ (Guardianship, Harassment and Karin Law).
One of her main focuses at the firm will be to support the team of lawyers in labour matters, training and preventive advice in general. She will also collaborate in the disputes being heard by the office on fundamental rights and trade union issues, as well as in collective bargaining procedures.
As part of her work and academic career, Lucía has been a researcher in the Doctoral Programme in Law at her alma mater, a legal advisor in the area of labour law at the CHOICE Foundation and a lecturer in labour law at the Andrés Bello University.
In relation to her work as a researcher, she participated both as author and collaborator in various academic publications related to the labour field, demonstrating the area of work in which she has developed her studies.
