TCA counsels TSB on new issue of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled Compañía TSB and the underwriters on the issuance of the Series II Class I Secured SME CNV Negotiable Obligations for a nominal value of USD $3,643,853.
The Notes, denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos, maturing on 20 September 2026, were issued on 20 September.
The Notes are also guaranteed by Banco CMF, Banco Comafi, Banco Supervielle, Banco Macro and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires in their capacity as Guarantee Entities authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV).
Banco CMF, Banco Comafi, Banco Supervielle, Macro Securities and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires acted as arrangers and underwriters.
TSB is an Argentinean company engaged in the provision of oil services. It also provides environmental services, such as the treatment of contaminated soils, integrated waste management and the transportation of hazardous waste.
