All.t Partners innovates the Brazilian legal market
With the aim of combining expertise in technology and legal knowledge in unprecedented solutions, in Brazil and abroad, All.t Partners has just been launched on the market, founded by distinguished lawyers in the areas of Legal Operations, Tax Law, Legal Audit – Investigations Corporate and Digital Law.
The consultancy supports companies and law firms through three main areas of activity – Alternative Legal Services, Legal Auditing and Technology.
“Our objective is to support the legal market, especially Brazilian and Latin American, through a practice well developed in the United States and England, called ‘Alternative Legal Services’, through the outsourcing of operational activities, such as contract management , litigation and document management in general, in addition to the application of high technology to legal areas and law firms. We see Brazil as a storehouse of opportunities for the development of this practice, in partnership with the legal areas of companies and law firms”, explains founding partner, Marcelo Horacio, a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in large law firms. and legal departments of multinationals, having most recently served as Vice President of Global Legal Operations in a multinational company.
With a career dedicated to due diligence, applied to more than 2,000 M&A and capital markets transactions, lawyer Raphael Gutierres (pictured center) is another founding partner of All.t Partners. “On the audit front, we have noticed a growing demand from law firms positioned as small and medium-sized dealmakers, which need external, neutral and specialized support for due diligence in the process of buying and selling assets, in order to guarantee transparency and compliance in the tax sphere. These firms have taken on the role of advisors in increasingly important transactions.” Gutierres is also a member of the OAB-SP’s Commission on Jurimetry and Predictive Analysis, and has also worked extensively on audits and corporate investigations within the scope of Compliance and General Litigation processes.
Specifically in the context of litigation, a practice of extreme relevance to the Brazilian legal market, due to the high amount of litigation and already widespread mainly in litigation in the United States, is Legal Holds and eDiscovery, in which All.t Partners already operates with great emphasis, mainly to help companies and law firms obtain evidence and proof that provides better results in judicial or administrative disputes.
Emerson Predolim (pictured right), a systems developer and lawyer with an outstanding track record in the areas of Digital Law and Data Privacy and a career spanning more than 30 years, closes the trio of founding partners of the consultancy. In his career, he has worked on relevant projects in the technology area for telecommunication companies and several other sectors, founding his law firm, with outstanding performance since the beginning of the General Data Protection Law in Brazil, as well as serving national and multinational companies in the area of Digital Law, in addition to teaching on the topics of Data Privacy and Digital Law for institutions such as CNJ, OAB and Unicamp. “Little by little, the Brazilian legal market has been opening up to innovations that we have been following outside the country for years, such as the implementation of ‘Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)’ systems for contract management, as well as software that uses artificial intelligence to create a database of clauses and draft documents. These are examples of platforms that All.t Partners already offers to help clients’ digital transformation,” explains Predolim.
And to show what it has come for, All.t Partners is starting its operations in the CLM segment as a Certified Implementation Partner of Ironclad, one of the most important and widely adopted CLM tools in the world.
