Mattos Filho advise Zilor on the acquisition of SBA
Mattos Filho advised Zilor (Açucareira Quatá) on the acquisition of all the shares issued by Salto Botelho Agroenergia (SBA), a company that owns a sugar and ethanol plant in Lucélia, from funds managed by AMERRA. The transaction value was BRL 600 million.
