Mattos Filho advised Zilor on the sale of Biorigin to Lesaffre
Mattos Filho advised Zilor on the sale of 70% of the equity interest of Biorigin, Zilor’s business unit for the manufacture of products derived from yeast, yeast extract and natural savory to Compagnie des Levures Lesaffre, a French company operating in the field of fermentation and microorganisms, with the execution of long-term “over-the-fence” distribution agreements aiming at synergies between the companies manufacturing processes of Zilor and Biorigin.
The transaction value was BRL 665 million.
