Cescon Barrieu advises on the formation of a condominium
Cescon Barrieu advised on the acquisition of two properties and regularization of three contiguous properties that will form the “Bay Properties Logistics Condominium“.
The operation involved the acquisition and regularization of the land that will make up the largest logistics condominium in the city of Salvador/BA, as well as sensitive issues such as the expropriation of part of one of the properties by the only subway line in Salvador/BA and the regularization of the chain domain of one of the properties.
