Clifford Chance represents purchasers in EDENOR offer and issuance
Clifford Chance has represented Banco BTG Pactual- Cayman Branch, BCP Securities, BofA Securities, Credit Agricole Securities (USA) and UBS Securities as initial purchasers in connection with the offer and issuance by Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte (EDENOR) of its new 9.75% senior notes due 2030 (the New Notes).
In addition, the banks acted as dealer managers in connection with an offer to exchange any and all of EDENOR’s 9.75% senior notes due 2025 for additional New Notes.
EDENOR is a public electricity distribution company located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
