Galvão Villani Navarro Zangiácomo e Bardella has a new area
Galvão Villani, Navarro, Zangiácomo e Bardella Advogados has announced a new Capital Markets department. Lawyer Bruno Zanardi (pictured left) will head the area.
Zanardi will focus his practice on advising publicly and privately-held companies, financial institutions, investment banks, investment fund administrators, managers and consultants and investors, on public and private securities offerings (DCM and ECM), as well as on the regulation of various types of investment funds.
Bruno Zanardi has a postgraduate degree in Business Law, specializing in Corporate Law and a postgraduate degree in Financial Markets.
