Two firms act on the acquisition of data centers of Scala by ALZR11

Veirano advised the Alianza Digital Realty Real Estate Investment Fund (ALZR11) on the acquisition of two data centers owned by Scala Data Centers, which was advised by Stocche Forbes Advogados.

The transaction, structured as a “sale and leaseback” arrangement worth BRL 120 million.
