Garrigues counsels Minsait on acquisition of MQA
Garrigues, through its Madrid and Bogota offices, has counselled Minsait, a digital transformation company and subsidiary of Indra, on the acquisition of 100% of MQA, a corporate SAP solutions company in Colombia and Central America (Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and the Caribbean).
With this acquisition, Minsait consolidates its position as a leading SAP partner in the region, boosting the digital cloud business for business and corporate management solutions and expanding this technology throughout Latin America.
