Cleary Gottlieb acts on Pampa’s $360m offering
Cleary Gottlieb has acted as advisor to Pampa Energia (Pampa) on its $360m 7.875% bond offering due 2034.
The offering was launched on December 5, priced on December 9 and settled on December 16.
The offering was made pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The bonds are expected to be listed on the Bolsa y Mercados Argentina (BYMA) and the Mercado Abierto Electrónico.
Pampa is a leading independent integrated energy company in Argentina, participating in the electricity and gas value chains. Pampa is engaged in electricity generation and transmission, oil and gas exploration and production, petrochemicals, hydrocarbon marketing and transportation, and oil refining and distribution.
